Back pay finally came through (Providence)

After 21 weeks my unemployment claim was approved. I am so relieved.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 14 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

This gives me hope. I am on week 21 of waiting.
