Back pay finally came through (Phoenix)

I won my appeal and the back pay arrived this week. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I am so relieved. Thanks to everyone who helped.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
