Back pay finally came through, payroll clerk here

I won my appeal and the back pay arrived this week. There are 10 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I kept my records and followed up calmly. I wanted to share in case it helps someone else.

This gives me hope. I am on week 25 of waiting.
