Back pay finally came through - first time posting

The state finally resolved my claim after a long wait. Any experience at all would help. I am so relieved. I wanted to share in case it helps someone else.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 2 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
