Back pay finally came through - first time posting

I won my appeal and the back pay arrived this week. I kept my records and followed up calmly. Thanks to everyone who helped.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 2 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
