Back pay finally came through - first time posting

I won my appeal and the back pay arrived this week. I kept my records and followed up calmly. I wanted to share in case it helps someone else.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

This gives me hope. I am on week 10 of waiting.
