Back pay finally came through - first time posting

I won my appeal and the back pay arrived this week. There are 9 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I kept my records and followed up calmly. I wanted to share in case it helps someone else.

This gives me hope. I am on week 14 of waiting.
