Back pay finally came through (Buffalo)

I won my appeal and the back pay arrived this week. It has been a long 11 weeks. It covered the rent I was behind on.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 3 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
