Back pay finally came through (Birmingham)

The state finally resolved my claim after a long wait. Any experience at all would help. It covered the rent I was behind on.

This gives me hope. I am on week 18 of waiting.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
