Back pay finally came through - any advice?

I won my appeal and the back pay arrived this week. It covered the rent I was behind on. I wanted to share in case it helps someone else.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

This gives me hope. I am on week 18 of waiting.
