Back pay finally came through - any advice?

The state finally resolved my claim after a long wait. It has been a long 13 weeks. I kept my records and followed up calmly. I wanted to share in case it helps someone else.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.

This gives me hope. I am on week 13 of waiting.
