Back pay finally came through (Albuquerque)

I won my appeal and the back pay arrived this week. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I kept my records and followed up calmly. Thanks to everyone who helped.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
