Back pay finally came through after 18 years as a forklift operator

The state finally resolved my claim after a long wait. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I kept my records and followed up calmly. Thanks to everyone who helped.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.

This gives me hope. I am on week 19 of waiting.
