Back pay finally came through after 12 years as a graphic designer

I won my appeal and the back pay arrived this week. It has been a long 19 weeks. I kept my records and followed up calmly. Thanks to everyone who helped.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 11 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
