Back pay finally came through after 10 years as a hotel front-desk agent

I won my appeal and the back pay arrived this week. I worked as a hotel front-desk agent before this. It covered the rent I was behind on. I wanted to share in case it helps someone else.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

That is great news. Thank you for sharing the tip about keeping records.
