Back pay finally came through, accountant here

The state finally resolved my claim after a long wait. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. It covered the rent I was behind on.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 5 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
