Back pay finally came through - 7 months and counting

After 3 weeks my unemployment claim was approved. I am in Milwaukee, in case local advice matters. I kept my records and followed up calmly. I wanted to share in case it helps someone else.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
