Back pay finally came through - 5 weeks in

After 5 weeks my unemployment claim was approved. I have been trying to stay organised about it. I am so relieved. Thanks to everyone who helped.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
