Back pay finally came through

The state finally resolved my claim after a long wait. There are 11 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I kept my records and followed up calmly. I wanted to share in case it helps someone else.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
