Back pay finally came through - 3 weeks in

I won my appeal and the back pay arrived this week. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I kept my records and followed up calmly. I wanted to share in case it helps someone else.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 5 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
