Back pay finally came through - 17 weeks in

I won my appeal and the back pay arrived this week. I have been trying to stay organised about it. It covered the rent I was behind on. I wanted to share in case it helps someone else.

This gives me hope. I am on week 17 of waiting.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
