Back pay finally came through - 14 months and counting

After 11 weeks my unemployment claim was approved. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I am so relieved. Thanks to everyone who helped.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 14 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
