Back pay finally came through - 14 months and counting

After 14 weeks my unemployment claim was approved. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I kept my records and followed up calmly. I wanted to share in case it helps someone else.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
