Back pay finally came through - 13 months and counting

After 10 weeks my unemployment claim was approved. There are 6 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I kept my records and followed up calmly. I wanted to share in case it helps someone else.

This gives me hope. I am on week 10 of waiting.
