Back pay finally came through - 10 months and counting

I won my appeal and the back pay arrived this week. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I am so relieved. Thanks to everyone who helped.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
