Approved after an appeal - what worked for you?

The state finally resolved my claim after a long wait. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I kept my records and followed up calmly. I wanted to share in case it helps someone else.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
