Approved after an appeal - what worked for you?

After 13 weeks my unemployment claim was approved. There are 17 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I kept my records and followed up calmly. I wanted to share in case it helps someone else.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 11 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
