Approved after an appeal - what worked for you?

I won my appeal and the back pay arrived this week. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I am so relieved. I wanted to share in case it helps someone else.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.

This gives me hope. I am on week 24 of waiting.
