Approved after an appeal (update)

I won my appeal and the back pay arrived this week. Any experience at all would help. It covered the rent I was behind on. Keep going if you are waiting.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 4 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
