Approved after an appeal (Seattle)

I won my appeal and the back pay arrived this week. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. It covered the rent I was behind on. I wanted to share in case it helps someone else.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
