Approved after an appeal, office manager here

I won my appeal and the back pay arrived this week. I do not usually post, so bear with me. It covered the rent I was behind on.

This gives me hope. I am on week 11 of waiting.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
