Approved after an appeal - first time posting

I won my appeal and the back pay arrived this week. It covered the rent I was behind on. Thanks to everyone who helped.

This gives me hope. I am on week 18 of waiting.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 2 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
