Approved after an appeal

I won my appeal and the back pay arrived this week. I am in Columbus, in case local advice matters. I kept my records and followed up calmly. Keep going if you are waiting.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
