Approved after an appeal, bookkeeper here

I won my appeal and the back pay arrived this week. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. It covered the rent I was behind on. Thanks to everyone who helped.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.

Congratulations! It is such a relief when it finally lands.
