Approved after an appeal (Austin)

After 16 weeks my unemployment claim was approved. I worked as an IT help-desk technician before this. I kept my records and followed up calmly. I wanted to share in case it helps someone else.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 2 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
