Approved after an appeal - any advice?

After 15 weeks my unemployment claim was approved. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I kept my records and followed up calmly. Thanks to everyone who helped.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
