Approved after an appeal - any advice?

After 17 weeks my unemployment claim was approved. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. It covered the rent I was behind on. Keep going if you are waiting.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
