Approved after an appeal - any advice?

I won my appeal and the back pay arrived this week. I have been trying to stay organised about it. I am so relieved. I wanted to share in case it helps someone else.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 9 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
