Approved after an appeal - any advice?

I won my appeal and the back pay arrived this week. I worked as a logistics coordinator before this. I kept my records and followed up calmly. I wanted to share in case it helps someone else.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
