Approved after an appeal after 9 years as a social media manager

I won my appeal and the back pay arrived this week. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I am so relieved. I wanted to share in case it helps someone else.

Well done for not giving up.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
