Approved after an appeal after 14 years as an accounts payable clerk

The state finally resolved my claim after a long wait. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I am so relieved. I wanted to share in case it helps someone else.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
