Approved after an appeal after 14 years as a teaching assistant

I won my appeal and the back pay arrived this week. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I kept my records and followed up calmly. I wanted to share in case it helps someone else.

Congratulations! It is such a relief when it finally lands.
