Approved after an appeal after 11 years as an IT help-desk technician

After 14 weeks my unemployment claim was approved. This is my first time dealing with any of this. It covered the rent I was behind on. Keep going if you are waiting.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
