Approved after an appeal after 11 years as a call-centre agent

After 13 weeks my unemployment claim was approved. It has been a long 13 weeks. I am so relieved.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 6 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

This gives me hope. I am on week 13 of waiting.
