Approved after an appeal after 10 years as an operations analyst

I won my appeal and the back pay arrived this week. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I kept my records and followed up calmly.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
