Approved after an appeal after 10 years as a hotel front-desk agent

I won my appeal and the back pay arrived this week. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I kept my records and followed up calmly. I wanted to share in case it helps someone else.

This gives me hope. I am on week 16 of waiting.
