Approved after an appeal - 9 months and counting

I won my appeal and the back pay arrived this week. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I kept my records and followed up calmly. I wanted to share in case it helps someone else.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
