Approved after an appeal - 9 months and counting

I won my appeal and the back pay arrived this week. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. It covered the rent I was behind on. I wanted to share in case it helps someone else.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
