Approved after an appeal

After 5 weeks my unemployment claim was approved. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. It covered the rent I was behind on. I wanted to share in case it helps someone else.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
