Approved after an appeal - 5 weeks in

I won my appeal and the back pay arrived this week. Any experience at all would help. It covered the rent I was behind on. I wanted to share in case it helps someone else.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
